Personal Profiles
  • Why are these set up?
    We provide for personal profiles as this is the easiest way for customer to
    order. Once we have your information, you can order without having to re-enter your details over and over again. 

  • How do I set up a personal profile? 
    Once you click to purchase, the system will automatically bring you to the
    log-in for registration. 

  • Once I set up my personal profile on Mindmanna, how do I change it?
    After you have log in to Mindmanna website, you will be able to press the "update profile" button to update your personal profile.

  • Is my personal information safe with you?
    Yes, Mindmanna use secured servers with encryption for the protection of this data. Our database is only for its own use, and you may opt out of our updates/information on new releases and products by replying to our e-mail and
    writing in the title "Unsubscribe". 

  • I've already registered with Mindmanna's mailing list; Why can't the system recognise me when I log back on?
    First check that your e-mail address and password are accurate. Our
    system tracks you by use of "cookies" implanted into your own system; so
    if your system does not accept "cookies", or you have just had new internet
    software installed, or you are accessing our site from another computer, you
    may experience problems. 

  • What do I do if I forget my password?
    You may have to contact us directly either via e-mail at books@mindmanna.com or telephone at: 65-68484255 to help you find your username or password.

  • How does Mindmanna select its products?
    MindManna is constantly looking for the best available deals and products
    around the world. We have a wide range of products to suit the taste and needs of the Christian community in Singapore and around the region. 

  • Where do you get your products?
    We procure our books and music mainly from the USA, UK, Taiwan and Hong Kong. But if you have come across an item from other countries that you feel we
    should carry, feel free to contact us so we can include it in our inventory. 

  • If I add an item to my shopping bag, do I have to buy it? 
    No, purchases will only be made when you have submitted your order to us and have  arranged for payment. You should also have registered with us. 

Orders

  • How Do I Order Online?
    If you already know the title you want, you can do a search for it using our
    quick search of our detailed search to locate the item- then click to buy and
    follow the steps to submit your order online. 

    Alternatively, you may e-mail us with details on (1) Quantity (2) Item name
    (3) Shipping address (4) Customer name (5) Billing address ( if different from
    shipping address) (6) Payment details. You may also mail us a cheque in Singapore dollars drawn on a Singapore bank; but please note that we will only process your order upon receipt of your cheque. 

    We also accept orders through fax and mail. While you may call us for clarifications, we do not take orders over the phone to avoid any miscommunication on any aspect of your order.

    Please be aware that some of the products on our website will not be
    immediately available in our warehouse. 

  • What About Gift Certificates? 
    We have found these to be a very popular gift for their flexibility and their
    convenience. Gift certificates are valid until the expiry date printed on them,
    or 1 year from the date of purchase. . Any unused balance will not be
    returned for cash, but credited towards your next purchase with us. Gift
    certificates are not redeemable for cash, and lost or stolen certificates will
    not be replaced. 

  • How Do I Order a Gift Certificate? 
    Check under the " Gifts" section on our website and purchase it as any
    other product, specifying recipient's name, contact address/ telephone
    number/ e-mail and the gift amount. Alternatively, you may also fax/ email
    the same information to us together with your payment details. 

  • How Do I Use My Gift Certificate? 
    If submitting your order online, key in your voucher number and amount upon checkout.. 

    You can also e-mail or fax us directly, specifying your gift certificate number and order to us and that amount will be refunded back to you. If you have a physical gift certificate, it is not necessary to return that to us. 

  • Can You Order Something Special For Me? 
    Do send us an e-mail and we will check our sources to see what we can do
    for you. 

  • How Long Will Items Remain in My Shopping Cart? 
    Your items will be in your shopping cart for up to 1 month if you accidentally close your browser or access other websites at the time when you make the order; however, these items will be cleared each time you log in, log out or successfully made your orders. If your system does not accept cookies, you will not be able to order our products.

  • How Do I Cancel an Order? 
    Email us immediately to inform us - please specify if you wish to cancel or
    to replace an item. In some cases, your order may have been processed;
    however, you will be able to return the goods within 7 days of your receipt if
    in good condition, for a full refund. 

  • Do You Charge Sales Tax?
    3 % Goods and Services Tax will be included on all orders shipped to a
    Singapore address. 

Searching For Products

  • How Do I Use the Search Engine?
    There are two ways you can use the search engine to find what you want. 
    Firstly, you can do an advance search. This function allows you to search
    for an item by title, author, ISBN number and even by category. 

    On the other hand, there is the quick search which is a function that helps
    you to search for an item by matching the keyword to an item's title or
    author. If you still can't find what you want, please contact us and we will
    help you look for it. 
Payment Options
  • How Can I Pay?
    Alternatively, you may print out and fax/mail to us your order and include
    your credit card details (name of cardholder, card number, card type and
    expiry date). 

    You may also pay with a cheque drawn on a Singapore bank (please write
    your name, contact phone number or e-mail address at the back of cheque). However, we will only be able to process your order once we receive your cheque.

  • When Will My Credit Card Be Charged? 
    Your card will be debited upon shipping of the order. 

  • Do You Give Additional Discounts to Churches or Full Time Church Staff? 
    We are pleased to offer an addition10% discount off our already low prices
    .

Shipping Options

Please note that total delivery times will depend on availability - only shipping times are calculated below.

  • Within Singapore:
    We ship by local courier which will take 3 days, at the cost of S$5.50 for
    the first 2 kg of your order. Orders above S$100 are delivered within Singapore free  of charge. The online ordering system will help to calculate your shipping costs. 

    You may also pick up your order at our office or at any of our Singapore associate's  premises, please click here to see a full list. You will be notified once the order is  ready for pick-up. 

  • Asia:
    We ship using international courier for maximum speed and reliability.
    Please allow for 1-2 weeks for shipping time. 

  • How Do You Ship Computer Software?
    If you have other orders, the software is shipped for free in the same
    shipment. However, if that is your order only the usual charges apply. 

  • How are Shipping Charges Calculated?
    Charges are based on the weight of your order; this will be automatically
    calculated by our online ordering system. 

  • When Will My Order Ship Out?
    If your items are in stock, they will ship immediately. Otherwise, please
    allow 2-3 weeks for purchases to arrive to you at your stated mailing
    address. You will receive a notification of the arrival of your purchase into our
    warehouse and of the next available delivery. Unless otherwise advised, we will consolidate your order for 1 shipment to save costs. 

  • Can You Ship Gifts Directly?
    Yes, please indicate by e-mailing us directly at books@mindmanna.com ,
    fax us at 65-67388186 or call us at 65-68484255 that it is a gift, whether
    wrapping is required ( at the cost of S$2 per item) and the recipients' name
    and address. We can also include a message for you. The charges will be
    calculated as a separate shipment, to which the same charges apply. It is
    also possible for us to prepare the gift but ship to you in one shipment with
    your other orde

    s should you wish to present the gift personally. 

Returns Policy

  • Can I Return My Purchases?
    We take care and pride in our selection and our packing, so we think you
    will be satisfied. However, if not, just return the items to us and we will
    provide a full refund. We are however unable to bear shipping costs of the
    items unless it was an error on our part. Please return your items with a
    copy of your invoice, and allow 1-3 weeks for processing. 

  • What if I Want an Item Replaced?
    Follow the procedure above - but please also fax/email us to alert us of the
    return, and to allow us to check availability of the replacement item. We will
    then confirm to you the balance payment outstanding/ amount to be
    credited to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
